ID Document for FICA

I SIGNED Fica Declaration Declaration of Residential Address so that My Girlfriend (*** Nkurhula Chauke) can use my house address. She was told my ID copy is not in good condition, to my surprise i have an account with you my ID *** . I HAVE DONE AN ADDRESS UPDATED USING SAME ID.<br> <br> i advised to speak to branch manager Tumelo but refused to update address. she about to closed an account with you guys. since you told her from tomorrow she wont withdrew money so its better she take out money. i have an ABSA ACCOUNT SHE WILL BE USING MUY ACCOUNT From now on.<br> i'm also posting this problem to social network facebook and twitter and share about this bad experience.<br> <br> How is that possible to update my address using same ID but my girlfriend cant using same ID???<br> I work for DStv i know how FICA works. im still isng same ID book now to update my details on ABSA account without any troubles. my number is [Email Removed] cell *** or my girlfriend ***. If you do not assist her, i'm willing to close my account to follow my girlfriend footsteps.
