I would like to know where I have used the after the insurance approval
I would like to know where I have used the after the insurance approval. Because the last payment they did was OVER months back, and now the account is accumulating interest, the account would have been closed last month.

25 Jul 2024, 21:47After the post on the 15 July. Received a call from capitec on the 16 July. They asked questions, I answered and the guy said he will looking in to the matter and come back to me in five days. On the 18 July received an email saying they are investigating the issue. Today is the 25 of July, is the day when the account is paid but nothing. No communication
