I withdrew cash from capitec atm and only half came out.
I withdrew R400 yesterday evening at the Capitec ATM at Spar in Bertrams and only R200 came out in R50 notes and the slip showed that I withdrew R400 and also the SMS notification. I called the Capitec Customer Care and they said they will investigate and get back to me in a few minutes. The manager at Spar said I would get my money back into my account in a few minutes but until now I haven't received my money and still no feedback from Capitec.
