I went to Capitec Nkomo village(Attredgville) and they couldn't help me with the consolidation loan

I went to Capitec Nkomo village(Attredgville) and they couldn't help me with the consolidation loan. The issue was the account number for Nedbank that was not corresponding with the one on Capitec system for consolidation loan.. I then went to Port Sheptone Branch and assisted by Chadei Peters and I was assisted and the loan was approved..
