I was there to apply for a loan and the lady was so good in explaining and patient as well. I even opened an account which is something I never thought I'd do, because of her excellent customer service skills, I ended up opening an account for myself. People who are that good makes the business prosper! Well done! I am sure gonna be telling more poeple to visit that branch.
