I was withdrawing money from an Absa atm

I was withdrawing money from an Absa atm. The money i withdraw was R250, however the Atm didn't dispensed any money the machine went off and when it came on again there was an error. I then went to capitec to sort out this issue and they told me i have to log a fault and an investigation will be issued. After a week they deposited R50 into my account stating that the Atm only had not dispensed R50. I had to go through this whole process again and its been 2 wees no and i still haven't recieved my R200.
