I was sent back because teller did not have change
On the 7th August I went to deposit R2800 at Capitec Bank in Thompsn Avenue, Bizana. I gave the teller a paper which had 2 names and 2 account numbers clearly written on it. I explained that I wanted to deposit R2217 on one account, and R583 on the other one. I gave the teller R2800 in R200 notes which I had withdrawn from the same bank's (Bizana Capitec) ATM. The teller told me she did not have change. I told her that there is no need for change because these two transactions total to R2800 which I had given her. She insisted that she will need change. The teller's name is Aviwe.

She asked if I had coins, I had few coins which could not count to what she wanted to do. She only helped me with one transaction, then told me to go and get change. I went outside to the nearby shop to find change and when I came back I was told to wait on the queue again.

I could not understand why did I had to go and find change for the Capitec bank teller when there was no need for change in my 2 transactions.
