I was ****med R500 capitec taking it sweet time

I don't want to even click on that one star .this bank doesn't deserve it .my R500 that was ****med you don't want to reverse it .I need this money I'm unemployed I need this money .I sent everything you needed what more do you want ? Please do your work .lats time this happened I was told you can't reverse if it's another bank but now it's the same bank and yet again I'm busy runnings around like a headless chicken.please resolve this matter it's been weeks now hawu what is really going on here ?
