i was made to feel humiliated

I have a complaint about a lady in Westgate branch Refilwe is her name. I went to the branch requesting for a loan and that I might start a new job. We did the application and she said she would call me tomorrow to finalise everything after confirming employment. At 15:14 I got from her stating that my loan was no approved because the HR has confirmed that I'm working my last month. I then called our Head Office HR department and they don't know knowledge of this. <br> I called back the Capitec branch and spoke to her and she indeed admitted that she didn't contact any of my work place to confirm employment she will get right on it. <br> After I went to the branch to find out the progress, she had than said she spoke to someone else regarding what I said to her thus they made the decision not to approve my loan, I with then need to come back after 2 - 3 months to start another application.<br> <br> What had then upset me the most was that the lady in consultant 8 seat laughed as I proceeded to the door and they looked at me to see if I was aware of their action.
