I was listed as a slow payer for two years even though i settled two years ago

<p>Dear Capitec Chairperson (or anyone higher then you)</p> <p>i had a personal loan with Capitec in 2012, i lost my job because of tetrenchment, i then found a job in August 2014 and started making arrangements to pay of my debt and started saving.i contacted Capitec in July 2015 as i saved enough to pay of all my accounts did not wish to set up debit orders.</p> <p>i spoke to a guy called Billy he was friendly and arranged for a settelement letter for me, he sent me the letter the same day and i made a payment right away via EFT for the full owing amount.</p> <p>a day after my payment reflected i was sent a settelement letter 9 July 2015, i then requested for them to update their records accordingly.</p> <p> </p> <p>to my surprise i was starting to receive sms's saying i owe i called their call center they kept on sending me from pillar to post. i then contact transunion that told me Capitec needs to update their records, i then went back to Capitec they just kept transferring and transferring me, i then thought let me give them atleast 3 months and their records would update. i decided in August 2016 to apply for a bond and to my surprise Capitec appeared as not paid, i was livid started calling them even went to their branch in Southgate but they to sent me from pillar to post, i just got tired and frustrated and asked arround option of how to deal with Capitec as this mentally draing its been two years and no one seems to want to help i then received a call from a lady on the 2nd of May 2017 (depaite the threatening sms's i receive everyday) saying i was going to be handed over for collection, i politely asked her to give me her managers email address or a person higher then him, she gave me the email ********** i send them a polite email and requested for someone in a high chair to contact me please, not to my surprise no one did, i attached my paid up letter as well..i would like to buy a house and requests for Capitec to contact me in order for me forward them my documents to clear my name..i have seeked legal assistance as i am tired Capitec. i Know Capitec has a big legal team but us little poeple have God on our side as our lawyers. i am willing to face this giant(Capitec Bank) if i have to as i have been wronged by Capitec </p>
