I was in one of the branches in Atteridgeville,Nkomo village , the consults could help me with a reversal which I claim i did not agree,she also told clientele cannot be reversed,I believe the bank have the power to do any transactions that the customers doesn't agreed on. I am dissapointed and hurt at the same time, I opened the capitec account for my clients as they always ask me ,its easier to transfer 😞
