I was hacked from Capitec Bank on the 16th of January 2024.

I was hacked on the 16th of January from Capitec Bank. I write my review complaining about the money that I was lost for about R1587 from the Company claiming to be Froggie Company. Capitec responded back to be on the 26th of January saying they are going to resolve my complaint by the 1st of January 2024. Today is the 2nd of January 2024 without getting any feedback from Capitec. Why should we trust Capitec Bank. If you bank with Capitec think about your money whether is safe. I can recommend the people who are on the process of opening account at Capitec to do research how many accounts were hacked snd did they manage to get their money back.
