I want to pay
my account was handed over to Shapiro Shaik , i approached them with regards to settle the account, I had R 50 000 and capitec requested about R 54 000, i managed to get the funds and now i want to settle however i am not getting the settlement letter from capitec. all I want is a settlement letter from Capitec so that I can settle. I have been waiting for the settlement letter for over a month now. I do not want to sit with so much money in my account. i will end up using the funds. i want to pay, please help
