I want to open my account

Hi ,I'm writing this message because I have a problem with capitec acc,today at 09:29 capitec branch they closed my acc without a reason and the bad thing they closed all my acc that is based on caitec,when I visited to the branch they told me that they a person who report my acc as a *****,so why the close my acc without my permission,
