I want my refund,

I purchased MTN 100 GB of R279 on 15th Of December 2023 through MTN App, and i used my card to make payment, however after that my money was deducted but i didn't receive data. I called MTN they said i.must call my bank Capitec there is nothing they can do then i called capitec they told the same story to call mtn as they is nothing can do. I want my refund as even today i didn't data but my money was taken,
