I want my money from capitec bank

Hellow Peter... Capitec bank closed my account on the 21 september 2018 with my money till today, when I ask my money they refuse with itthey tell me many stories I even tell them jst give me my money then continue to close acount because I need this money I.m not working even now I have many problems but capitec have my money I don't understand realy what kind of bank capitec? just someone hate me say something about my acount then they close acc not even contact me first is true? this is unfair if the south african bank make anything with our money why they not give me my money then close their acc? Please I need that money realy
