I want my money

Im coming from Capitec ATM in 17 Avenue Moffet on Main Walmer Park to diposit money into my account R200 after that the machine said out if service while my money is still inside the machine . I waited there nxt to machine until machine back on My money ddnt come at all . I tried to send my self cash back to check if the machine can open and find myR200 nothing came up . I called capitec phone was answered by Nokhaya and i asked about my R200 she gave me this Ref ***6 i still want my R200
