I want my money Capitec stop playing with clients and give us service.

On the 27 October I withdrew money from standard Bank ATM cause the Capitec one wasn't working the amount of 350 but the money didn't come out the was an error and no slip came out . But I received a message saying money out went to the branch they said investigation will take up to 30 days its January 2026 now still nothing no response of anything still haven't received my money. I want to pay my child school fees with that money 😡😡😡😡
