I want my money

If there was an option for a no ⭐️ I’d put it right now. I want my money. My send cash voucher has been put onhold for no absolute reason. My other savings account has been put on hold also because of transactions made. Kanti what is a bank for if I can’t transact ???? Or should I put money under the mattress? I’m so very dissatisfied and disappointed in capitec. Worse I spoke to a consultant who couldn’t even give me a straight answer as to why all this is happening
