I want my money back in my account

In February I went to the Capitec branch in Fourways to get a new card as there was a company that was debiting my account with me authorising. The teller asked me about the funeral cover of which I told her that I would love to have but can't afford it. R185.80 plus R3.50 was debited today for a funeral cover and I didn't give consent for your teller to get the funeral cover from Capitec merely because I can't afford it. I am from the Capitec Bank branch in Northgate and the teller said she can't reverse my money and all she can do is close the funeral cover. All I want is my money back in my account so that I can pay what it was intended for. Hope the above is in order and please hurry and get my money in my account. I only went to that brach to change my card not get a funeral cover.
