I want my money back from capitec

Capitec stole my money, on the 4th of August and I reported it same day, I made a call to the call centre, then they gave me reference number that my money will return back to my account after 8 days, and decided to go to the branch on the 5th of August and they gave me another reference that it should be in after 7 business days, but days went by then I heard nothing from and I still didn’t receive my money, I returned to the branch on the 15th and they told me they still investigating today is they 18 and I’m still waiting, this is such a reap off and I’m really disappointed with the services... and I want my money bac****
