I want my money back
I am really not pleased with the service I am getting from your branch in Kroonstad, money was *******ly withdrawn from my account and I was promised that it would be returned 3 days ago still nothing. Your manager is also very rude he said the money would be there in 1 hour, 2 days later I am still waiting
