I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am so disappointed in Capitec Bank.I had a loan and credit card with them.In 2018 August the company I worked for got liquidated and since they said we have credit insurance I went there with every proof that I wont be able to earn an income and claim insurance.Shock of my life consultant in Kagiso branch rudely told me not to even bother prrsenting my documents and told me that They dont cover liquidation.BELIEVE IT OR NOT I HAD TO SETTLE THE LOAN WITH MY LAST MONEY BUT COULD NOT SETTLE THE CREDIT CARD.

I JUST FOUND OUT NOW THAT LIQUIDATION IS COVERED.CAPITEC POINT BLANK ****** ME.I WANT MY MONEY BACK
