i want my money back, and get well educated stuff

I went to Auckland park(Campus) Capitec branch on the 30th October 2024, to get an new card upon arrival, the consultant requested i pay a prescribed loan to remove a status from my account, which they debited an amount of about R1500.00 i requested for a paid up letter i never got....she told me i will get it on Monday being the 04 Nov, which i never got.

i have called Capitec bank numerous times and i was advised Capitec doesn't have a complaints department, everyone i speak to never returns back to me.

i want my money back please, your internal stuff is conducting ***** and the bank is condoning it.

the loan prescribed 2010, i was made to pay for that loan.
