I want my money back

I went to withdraw money from the carlswald capitec ATM, R1030 and the ATM only gave me R600 when I went inside to ask for help they told me they couldn't help me they need 48 hours to investigate. I am still waiting for their call after 5 days. I called twice and no one can help me. The service is bad and I am moving my salary to another Bank.
