I want my money back

Hi my name is Ntaoleng Kholumo. I have a very shocking experience with Capitec Bank, on the 7th February 2021 I have phoned their customer services to report the ***** that was done from my bank account. I tried to withdraw money on the 7th February and the ATM showed 0.00 balance, when I knew exactly that I have money in my account, then I immediately phoned the bank to find out what is happening, then I was told that there was cash send that was done from my Account on the 6th February which I was not aware of, because I have lost the phone which I'm receiving the bank messages on and I had capitec bank on my other phone which was with me the whole time,my app was not working so I did not login since Friday the 5th February only to find out that it was blocked. It came to my surprise when I was told that I have provided my pin number to someone and that person used the app to send money, so my question is how did that person use my app when the phone that has the app is with me and that app was not even working. To cut the story short, Capitec told me they will investigate the matter and let me know of the process, but every time I am the one who has been phoning to find out how far they are with the investigation and today I have decided to visit the Roodepoort Branch where I was assisted by Paballo then she told me that Capitec says they won't pay me back, because they suspect that I gave my pin number to someone. This is so unfair and stressful to be treated like this when I thought my money is safe with capitec. REF for my case ***4. I am not leaving this matter here I'm taking it further
