I want my baby's money that disappeared in her account

When I went to the bank to withdraw R2000 a slip came out saying i've reached the limit, checkeda second time the atm slip said the same thing. Didn't know what to do since it's my daughter's account they said in the bank they want the guardian. It was around past 10 to 11 in the morning.then from inside I went home then. Evening I went to work at N1 city around past 6 evening the massage entered saying the was a withdrawal of R2000 in makhaza.the following day I went to the bank with my wife they promised a n evestigation Andiswa the branch manager of m akhaza said after 22 they will pay the funds instead of that on the day of the payback the sent a massage saying that they not going to pay the money back as it was a successfull transaction.that was my child's money the painful thing is to trust the bank with your money and when something like this happens they treat you like a *****. I really need that money.what can I do people. My child is only 2years I was starting to save money for something personal.I WANT CAPITEC TO PAY BACK MY BABY'S MONEY PLEASE!!
