I want capitec Bank to unfreeze my account with immediate effect.

I, Gongxoza Pumezo have an account with capitec Bank. Capitec bank froze my account due to court order. Capitec didn't inform me. The matter with the court has been resolved but my account is still on hold. Letter from the court has been emailed to them but up to now I can't access my money. I didn't get salary for October and all my debit orders are in arrears.
