I visited the branch in waterfront mall in Bloemfontein to deposit money into the business acc. The ATM then canceled my transaction and out of service without returning the money back. I lodged the complain but I'm not happy about their turn around time of waiting, cause I'm running a business and needed to use the money to pay suppliers
