I too a loan of 72 000 last year june i paid monthly instalment of 3067 up until december i decrease it to be 2300 monthly ..until now if i do my calculations my outstanding supposed to 36 000 left yet its 63 000 its impossible i send email no respond my

I dont understand i too a loan at capitec of 72000 rand last year i paid R3067 for 6months then jand paid R2300 monthly wich is now untill this day i still owe R63000 it dosent decrease i fail to understand...then they say to me my interest is the reason it dosent decrease ...my interest its R49 and R280 cand that affect it that much...my contact is *** and my account its *** and my id is ***......it. Is so unfair...as we take loan to do better things now we must pay for our life time...then they explain something you dont understand its so unfair ..its not my first time to take a loan
