I submitted my claim at the Bank yesterday, today they called me and told me that my claim was declined and their reason is " THERE IS NO VALID RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND THE DECEASED"

I submitted my claim at the Bank yesterday, today they called me and told me that my claim was declined and their reason is " THERE IS NO VALID RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND THE DECEASED" . I clearly stated on the policy when I took it out that hi is the father of my child he was then registered as "spouse" by the consultant assisting me. We depend on this policy to bury him no one is working in his family which is why I insured him as I was providing for him as well.
