I strongly suspect internal *****

A very worried disappointed stressed out client of capitec so I recently lent that I have a capitec credit card that I've never app**** for or taken in my life and the so called credit card owes capitec R44000 apparently it was issued at Bara Joburg branch late last year it's been being paid for until March 2025 via debit order apparently from my bank account yet there's no reflection of that debit order on my bank statement or any notification of transactions done using that credit card yet they say my cell phone number was used to register for notifications as well so my question to capitec is since the card was issued at Bara branch are they no cameras in the branch because I'll like to view them so I see the person that collected the credit card because sure as hell it was not me
