I should have changed banks a while ago and made payment for my loans my own way, instead of trusting Capitec to debit the amount agreed upon.
How do you explain having R0.00 in your account on payday, I made arrangements to be debited not more than aR1000 as I currently am an Intern and get a stipend of R3500, I have sent proof of this more than once and I've made them aware of this instead of being a ***** and changing the bank where I get my stipend in, this is what I get for being an honest person. Capitec is only supposed to debit me R1000 each month as per our email and telephonic agreement but this morning an amount of R3015 and R470 went off and I'm left with R0.00 in my account, with what do I travel with, how do I feed my family, how do I explain that?
I don't even know how I'm getting home today or the following days, I'll probably need to quit this internship and rather stay at home, because I have R0.00 in my account, how am I expected to survive.
how am I considered as a client, where is the fairness there?
I was ther one who called an dmade these arrangements because I knew there no way on God's name I could pay R3010 while earning a stipend of R3500 and I sais it's only for the period of my internship and after that, my payment should be back to normal and now I wake up to this bomb.
I don't feel I am being treated fairly as a client, not at all. I need the R2500 to be put back into y account as per our agreement, I need it so badly.
