I regret using capitec

I am currently at the bank am trying to update y details. The assistant at the door gave a declairation form without informing me not to fill it! I went home to get my mum to sign it for me as I stay with her and she filled the form. Took a taxi again and went back to the bank. The send me hom again sayin I was not supposed to fiil it but they didn't tell me. I took a taxi again back home to have my mom sign the second one. When I went back to the bank they tol me to wait on the queue again as the on who was helping me is going out. I have been in the q for two hrs, I now regret using this bank. The service here is very poor. People are walking around doing nothing but gossiping
