I REGRET THE DAY I JOINED THIS BANK

This is the worst bank u can ever bank with, yesterday made an error payment to a beneficiary and called in to ask them to recall the funds was told that if i know the person its personal matter and i would need to call them in order get the moola the person is not taking my calls and yet CAPITEC still fails to assist me in recalling my funds which were meant for my daughter.
