i regret being a capitec client
<p>About a month ago capitec blocked my account.stating that my account is linked to pyramid schemes which I don't even belong in any of them.I have a small business of catering and hiring out tents,toilets,fridges and other catering equipment,which is hired on a weekly basis.ki was told to give proof,I gave them my company details,receipts which I get from my client after depositing money into my account so that I can release hired goods.they asked for an affidavit and I gave them,then I was told to wait for 14 days then my account will be working again.I came back after 16 days as I could not see any changes only to find that they didn't send all those documents,I had to wait for another two weeks,when I went back to check I'm still blocked.mmy money is stuck inside I can't even get a statement even my monthly debits can not go through which makes my name bad and areas are piling up because I'm not paying any of my debts as they are debiting from this account,I have to go to explain in some insurance policies that I have problem with my account and pay cash.please help me if there is anyone who can help,all I want is my money so I can take it to other banks which will be able to allow me to bank my money.</p>

I've been waiting for more than a month but my matter has not been resolved,I was asked to provide supporting documents on the 21/06/2016 but until today no response has been made and no change or progress on my account,im still blocked and i cant even get my money which was left into the account.now my life is stuck because of capitec who does not tell people when they opening accounts that one day you wont be able to get your money back.why are you so cruel to me? At least give my money back to me and keep your account to yourself.please.
