I qualify butYou Refuse to Process my Application.

I went into Capitec in Wynberg and Cape Town with 3months Banking statements, payslips, proof of Residence and my ID and a credit check was done. I qualified for R110 000. I agreed that I needed only R50 000, in order to consolidate an existing loan and buy a car. Upon confirmation of employment my HR confirmed that I worked for the Company for almost 4 years now with my start Date: 13/02/2012. I also had a employment confirmation letter from my works HR further confirming my employment since 13/02/2012. I do not have an end date to my employment and is treated as a permanent employee with benefits etc. Your consultants and manager then told me they cant further my application after 2hours spent in store, because our HR talked **** about me being on a contract. I chose to go with Capitec and not with my own bank, due to Capitec's low interest rate, however you choose to refuse my application even though you already did a credit check and told me that i qualify for over R110 000. This is the worst service I ever received. Can you advise if there is anyway for my application to be reviewed. I want my pending application closed with your wynberg and re-apply with your call centre.
