I paid up my credit card, a paid up letter takes 30 days!!! I cannot wait that long, there is a reason why I’ve paid it up so soon! Spoke to THREE different people 26 Nov 2024 and not one was able to even asssit me with a statement to show a O balance….literally at the point of changing banks!
