I paid off the R44 700 that I owe capitec,according to capitec I still owe them ,I dnt understand how come .capitec needs to sort out their system and stop robbing us.
I had a loan with capitec bank,for my peesonal reasons I decided to pay it off ,I transferred the amount of R44 700 from my fnb acc to capitec on the 16 october 2017,my probem is today I decided to get In to my capitec banking only to find out that I owe them R900 that wasn't there the day I paid them,I want this thing fixed now. ********** 923
