I paid for my car license disc on my Capitec bank app, it's been almost 2 months now I haven't received any correspondence from them I went to the branch seeking help and they said they will investigate and come back to me but I'm still waiting for feedback. It's almost 3 weeks now that I have lodged a complaint with them to no avail.
