I never want to bank with capitec ever again
I took out a loan with capitec bank which was covered now that I am making a claim they are declining what was the point of the loan being covered when I make a claim they decline why have they been taking my money then.. I have been saying this capitec is one bank that ****s it's clients they are never honest about anything!

24 Nov 2024, 13:24I would never recommend this bank to anyone! Because they made me take out an insurance policy for Mt loan under false presence I was told that it would be covered if i lose my job, what I want is for them to return the money they have been deducting from my account for this insurance because now they are saying inability to earn an income is not covered which was not what they had said to me I remember asking the guy that helped me take out the loan and he said it won't be covered only if I am the one that quits my job
