I needRefund for money I deposited and I wasn't received

On the 13 of November 2024 I was depositing money for someone R1800 to be exact after inserting the money and account number then the atm machine just froze I couldn't confirm or cancel but it didn't give my money back I went to the branch near by but the guy said they are already closed and I should call the customer care which I did they said it will be solved within 24 to 48hrs when I call them they keep on saying they don't know where the hold up is cz the are waiting for feedback from technicians how am I supposed to know if they don't cz I don't work for Capitec they take ppl for granted now and there don't communicate I must keep on calling them wasting another money on airtime.. Useless
