I need the remaining funds back in my account

Actually I'm highly concerned and frustrated at the same time because capitec took the money which was inside my account the moment they said my account was reported due to *****ulent, but my question is that the case which was on my was account was regarding R7000 and R5000 case and on my account I had R14000 of which they took all that money and didn't even return it back to me because if they did return the money back to the owners does R7000 + R5000 makes it R14000 , oh nooo it's doesn't make it R14000 I want the R2000 which they supposed to leave in my account because they did take the R7000 and R5000 I want my money back
