I need my money please

I am writing this email with great sadness. yesterday I tried to withdraw from standard bank and I did not get the money. I went to capitec to report the matter and I was told that I will get the money today. today still there's is no money. I am supposed to pay school fees (unisa) with that money before Monday the closing date which is 08.04.2019. today I call capitec and I'm being told that there invisigation will take 14 to 30 days before it gets resolved. my heart is bleeding because of this. there possibilities of new not being able to register because of this is ****ing me. what happened is not my fault as I was not warned not to use other banks as there are problems. There refence numbers that I was given is ********** 7 . Duduzile Nongalewa Mlangeni. Please help me I cannot stay the whole without studying.
