I need my money back
On 28/11/2015 I was rob by three guys at Westgate mall and they took my wallet with Capitec bank card inside and I ran immediately to the bank to stop my card. Capitec staff promised me that my card is stopped and my money is safe but when I return home because I left my cell phone at home I found out that my money is been taken R5000.I immediately contact Capitec on *** to ask why my money is ****** from my bank and they told me that they will investigate this matter and they gave me reference ***5 but it will take 7 days.
