I need my cash send back

I don’t know who’s supposed to help me with my query. I tried going to a branch but, I couldn’t get assistance. I was sent R100 via cash send dd: 25/05 with this no: C********** around 12:00 pm from a no: **********. I tried to withdraw at Mbalati Mamelodi East at the new Capitec ATM’s and never received it. This happened to 2 of us, I’m pretty sure it was more cause I left. The machine didn’t indicate that there was something wrong with it when we tried withdrawing. I then tried to withdraw from a different ATM at Mamelodi Gardens and got an error from the receipt. I asked the sender to check if the money was still there and she send a screenshot showing it was redeemed.

She had to send me R200 and I managed to withdraw from gardens. Can someone please investigate this matter and come back to me on the following no: **********. Please….
