I need help to get my money 💰 to this bank

I am so dissapointed with the treatment capitec bank gave me today I sell the car 🚗 to this guy and this guy pay me the money 💰 to my account number and I received the money same day yesterday when I checked my account they money is still there but I can use the money. I called the guy and told everything. We he to the bank and they told this guy he must verify. He verify and the ppl from capitec bank call me told me I must come to the bank . I went to bank I meant this guy to bank they told us we must send the proof of payment. We send everything till today I can't use my money pls help this is not fair what you doing capitec bank ppl this pay me honest cos I am so disappointed yoooo
