I. Need help

I have a problem with capitec bank today on the 23 July 2019 at 7:28am I have go and deposit money at the ATM outside while I deposit the machine calculate my money after it got offline saying deposit unavailable, I called one of the ladies who work in the bank she told me to wait till the bank open at 8am I did but they told me they can not see my money and ask me to come back after an hour 30 minutes and still while I was leaving the bank at 8:30 minutes the machine was still unavailable, when I come back at 10am the machine is working I ask them what happen they told me they have call the people to fix it then I ask about the money they told me to wait for 48 hours please I need help.
