I made an error, transferred R37 000 to an incorrect capitec cellphone number and noticed that within 2 minutes of making that transaction and provided the correct details or the account I was meant to transfer to. I even went to the SAPS to make a sworn affidavit but till today I have not received my money back. Fortunately when I checked yesterday they said my funds are still sitting in that account. But they cannot freeze or reverse my funds without court order that I would have to fork out money to obtain. So my funds are there in that account waiting to be ******.
