I'm refused to payback my loan account.

while I had a loan from capitec and was paying it back very well. A company called one Debt ******* me into debt councelling. after trying to cancel the debt councelling several times with this company and failed I then tried to consult with all my creditors including Capitec they all made payment arrangement with me since it has been too long they still were not receiving payment. Capitec was the only one that still doesnt accept the payment. I has been almost a year now since Capitec still refuses my payment. I have sent emails to their help desk spoken to their consutents on the helpline number. still no resolution. this is destroying my credit history. what am i supposed to do to pay back their money. I now have a feeling they are just pilling up the duration of payment to make me pay more on interest in the future. what do I do to pay back your money capitec
